Cancellation Policy
- Winter cancellation policy: $100.00 deposit is required per snowmobile to reserve a sled
- Your deposit is fully refundable up to seven days before your reservation, less a $20.00 administration fee, plus tax
- There is no refund if you cancel within the seven days before your reservation start date - the charge will be $100.00, plus tax
- For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be charged a full-day rental, plus tax
- A $700.00 credit card security deposit per snowmobile is required
- Renter is responsible for any damage done to the snowmobile
Loss of Rental
All loss of rental due to damage will be charged to the customer. The customer will be responsible for any and all the lost time incurred due to the downtime.
